Please Note: Returns made after the 30-day window may incur a restocking fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Items marked as final sale

  • Step 3: Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging) to ensure it arrives safely. Affix the RMA number to the outside of the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect your return, as Diamond Elite Jewel is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund based on the following conditions:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If that method is no longer available, a store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, we suggest following the standard return process and placing a new order for the desired item. Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, which can be used to purchase the new item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

7. Late Returns

If a return request is made after the 30-day return window, we may still accept the return on a case-by-case basis. However, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and refunds for late returns may be issued as store credit or at the discretion of Diamond Elite Jewel.
